A single-location dental clinicAppointments increased 3.4x compared with the same 4 months last year.
Here is what a like-for-like comparison looks like when it comes straight from the clinic's own records: the same 4 months, one year apart, in appointments attended and money banked.

The situation
The clinic knew its appointments. It could not compare them.
In the 12 months before HPA, the clinic recorded 735 attended appointments, with a best month of 120. In its first 5 months with HPA it recorded 737. Tracking began on 27 April 2025, so even that earlier window understates the baseline. The clinic already recorded every attended appointment in its clinic management system, which is what makes a like-for-like comparison possible: nothing below is estimated.
What changed
-
Marketing System, judged on appointments
Meta and Google ads, the Google Business Profile and a new website run for the clinic, and every month they are judged on attended appointments and collections, never on clicks.
-
Every enquiry recorded in the HPA App
Each enquiry lands in the HPA App, so it can be followed from the first message to an attended appointment instead of disappearing into a phone.
-
Reviewed monthly, from the clinic's own records
Attended appointments and banked collections are read from the clinic management system and reviewed in the monthly strategy session, so the next move is set on real numbers.
The numbers
Same 4 months, one year apart.
Every figure below is an attended appointment or a banked payment recorded in the clinic's own system. Nothing is a platform estimate.
| Metric | May to Aug 2025 | May to Aug 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Attended appointments | 170 | 585 | 3.4x |
| Payment collections | RM195,702 | RM264,313 | +35% |
| Best month, attended appointments | 120 (Mar 2026) | 164 (Aug 2026) | Best since records began, April 2025 |
What this means for your clinic
A single good month does not prove growth.
Compare the same months one year apart, in appointments attended and money banked, and you will know whether your clinic is growing or just having a good week. If you cannot name last month's attended appointments, that's the first thing to fix.
