And unlike a hire, we're measured on your revenue, not on tasks completed.
How do the per-show fees work? +
On top of the retainer, you pay RM15 when an existing or recall patient shows up, and RM30 when a new patient shows up. No show, no fee. A new patient is worth RM1,500 or more to you, so the maths is firmly in your favour, and we only get paid when you do.
Can I pay the annual plan in instalments? +
Yes. Annual plans can be split into 0% interest monthly instalments for up to 12 months with participating banks (AmBank, Affin Bank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Alliance Bank, OCBC, RHB, UOB). You keep your cash flow and still get the annual discount. Subject to the bank's approval.
Can I start small and upgrade? +
Yes. Most businesses start on Minimum, then add Appointment Setting and monthly video as the numbers prove out. The free audit shows you where to start.
What's the setup fee? +
A one-time RM3,000 to build and install your systems, waived entirely on annual plans.
